These are DAPPER'S masterpiece boots,
based on 1940s vintage engineer boots!
The base for these boots is
an ENDICOTT JOHNSON engineer boot from the 1940s.
While reproducing the somewhat rugged and rustic silhouette not found in modern boots,
DAPPER'S unique attention to detail is packed into them. ♬
The biggest appeal is the
3mm thick horsebutt leather!
Using the hindquarters of horsehide, which has a high fiber density,
it combines both a robust feel and suppleness.
Furthermore, because it has a brown core, the brown underlayer will appear as you wear them in,
developing a unique character all your own! (^^)/
By using O’Sullivan’s for the outsole and heel,
these engineer boots are finished to be on par with vintage ones! ♬
Furthermore, vintage atmosphere is pursued down to the smallest details,
such as the roughly finished edges and the upper design with clipping!
