Based on vintage trousers from the late 1800s to early 1900s,
JELADO has completed these special work trousers by pouring in the techniques and commitment cultivated over many years!
One of the biggest highlights of these Dugout Trousers is
that Mr. Ono of "REBUILD" in Osaka handles all processes himself, from cutting to sewing!
While general production processes involve multiple people working in stages,
this model is carefully finished by Mr. Ono, who individually works on each pair, using various vintage sewing machines.
Utilizing precious vintage sewing machines such as SINGER 31, SINGER 134, and SINGER 99W,
the sewing specifications of the early 1900s are faithfully reproduced. This finish allows you to feel the atmosphere of that era,
which cannot be expressed through mass production ♬
Because each piece is infused with the artisan's skill and passion,
these trousers possess a warmth and presence that machines cannot create.
