True to its name, this work shirt is inspired by the Sashiko fabrics once used for "Noragi" (traditional workwear).
The fabric is made using 20/2 yarn for both the warp and weft, with indigo-dyed yarn for the warp and colored yarn for the weft.
By alternating beige and sumi-black yarns in the weft and using a loose weave,
it creates a complex, textured finish with remarkable depth.
This woven fabric appears to change color depending on the light,
which is part of its charm (^^)/
With a practical design typical of workwear, the shirt features navy skhley (pocketing) in key areas,
nut buttons, and robust construction centered around triple-needle stitching—
it is meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail!
