We currently offer direct international shipping to the United States, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Macao, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Customers in other countries and regions may place orders through Buyee. Please use the Buyee shopping cart displayed on our online store.

International Pricing

International prices differ from our domestic prices in Japan.

Prices are displayed in the currency available for your country or region. Currency conversion may cause slight differences depending on the exchange rate.


Shipping Fees

  • Orders under JPY 50,000: JPY 3,000

  • Orders of JPY 50,000 or more: Free shipping

International orders are generally shipped from Japan by EMS with tracking.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, and local delivery services. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders Shipped to the United States

Applicable customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout.

Orders Shipped Outside the United States

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

If any charges are imposed by the destination country or region, they must be paid by the recipient before or upon delivery.

We are unable to specify the exact amount of these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country or region.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund.

 

Orders Shipped to South Korea

Customers in South Korea are required to enter a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) during checkout.

Please ensure that the recipient’s name and phone number match the information registered with the PCCC. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause customs delays or the return of the shipment.

Foreign nationals who do not have a PCCC may enter their passport number where permitted.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through our online store. Orders placed through Buyee are subject to Buyee’s policies and procedures.

For international returns or exchanges:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After your return has been approved, please ship the item within 5 days.

  • The returned item must arrive in Japan within 20 days of the date you received the order.

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions or do not follow the return instructions provided by us may not be accepted.

Any costs resulting from failure to follow our return instructions, including customs duties, taxes, return shipping charges, and other related expenses, may be deducted from the refund.
