JELADO AG94341DB 41 Denim Stencil, 10.5oz Last Resort Denim

41khaki became an unprecedented hit.

Based on this design, we changed the material and made it using 10.5 oz LAST RESORT DENIM with a blue tag.

We dismantled a LEE coverall from the 1940s and analyzed the thread thickness, weave density, and unevenness, and created a piece with the image of uneven vertical fading by randomly weaving three different warp thread thicknesses to more accurately recreate the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today.

The thickness is 10.5 oz, making it a comfortable denim to wear even when the weather gets cooler.

Unlike the blue tag based on the 1940s LEE, this one has a weft woven with natural yarn.

The warp threads are made of Deep South cotton, counts 8, 9, and 10, and the weft thread is count 9 , and the number of stitches is the same, but because the weft thread is a different color, this one appears lighter in color when comparing the appearance of the surface.

This is a custom version with a "PW" stencil.

Each piece is hand-stamped, so there are slight individual differences, just like with real vintage items, making them look more realistic.

Like the classic 41khaki, it has been faithfully reproduced with distinctive offset belt loops and vintage-style 2mm double-welted pockets .

The pockets are also made of a different fabric to add to the atmosphere.

 A distinctive feature of the 41DENIM TROUSER is that the buttons are made of metal, giving it a more luxurious look.

The silhouette is also made to the same dimensions, so this is a recommended item for those who like the 41khaki silhouette.
