An oiled leather uniquely developed by Horween Leather Company, a tannery based in Chicago, USA.
With over 100 years of history, this tannery is also famous for supplying cordovan to brands like Alden.
During the tanning process of the raw hides, a special blend of beef tallow, beeswax, and fish oil is slowly and thoroughly impregnated into the leather over time.
Because it is highly saturated with oil, it has a deep, luxurious appearance and feels moist and substantial to the touch.
Using this Horween oiled leather, ART BROWN has transformed the material into belts and wallets through our own unique interpretation.
These top-tier materials are crafted with meticulous care by ART BROWN artisans, ensuring not only immediate satisfaction when new, but also a product you can cherish and use for years to come.
It gets in the way while driving, so I don't keep it in my pocket.
