Porcelain made from pottery stone is used.

Unlike pottery made from clay and called "earthenware,"

Because it is made from stone, it is called "stone things."

It is the hardest of all ceramics and has the characteristic of being non-absorbent.

Its appeal lies in its glass-like transparency and hard, smooth texture.

MOLDING & SHAPING

Forms the body.

Pour the porcelain slurry into a plaster mold.

Pour in the mixture and place on a rotating table to remove excess slurry.

Dewatering & Biscuit Firing

Bisque firing is a process where the dough is given a certain strength.

To prevent excessive shrinkage during firing, the temperature is set at a low temperature of around 800 degrees.

Firing process. Before bisque firing, in order to prevent cracks and cracks,

Allow time for the fabric to dry thoroughly.

GLAZING & GLOST FIRING

By immersing it in a glaze that vitrifies when heated,

The water resistance is increased after firing, resulting in a transparent finish typical of porcelain.

The porcelain clay is placed in a heat-resistant glass chamber.

Because there are many components that change, it can be heated to temperatures of over 1,300 degrees.

The final firing is carried out over a long period of time using a reduction firing method that achieves a high temperature.

FIRING

Bisque firing, glaze firing and overglaze firing are each performed by adjusting the temperature inside the kiln.

Because the burning time is different, it requires years of experience and concentration under different temperatures.

It requires endurance and is a demanding and delicate process that only a potter can do.

The interesting thing about this product is that each one has a different pattern after baking.

This is also a recommended item for displaying multiple items side by side.
