The U.S. Army Air Corps Type A-10 gloves are winter gloves for pilots.
It was adopted in 1938.
The main leather material is goatskin or pony hide.
The lining is made of 100% wool knit, which is soft to the touch.

The wrist is fitted with a stress-free tube knitted wool knit,
This knit has reinforced leather sewn into it to prevent it from stretching when worn.
The three stitches on the back of the hand prevent the leather from stretching.
