BUZZRICKSON'S BR15302 US ARMY DENIM WORKING JACKET

This is a blue denim work coat worn by the U.S. Army.

Previously, it was a pullover style, but in 1940, it was changed to an open-front style for easier putting on and taking off.

Unlike the pullover type, this coat style was not designed to be tucked in, so the chest pockets were moved to the waist pockets with flaps.
