The shape of the jewel fixing holes has also been faithfully reproduced.

Instead of using the general casting (cast iron) manufacturing method,

The iron buckle is made using the same press-molded method as when it was punched out of iron plate.

It's an early 1930s type.

ACE's ORIGINAL 43mm×2.7mm TOP-GRAIN COWHIDE 7oz Made in Japan
*Finished with specifications based on the theme of domestically tanned leather from North American rawhide.

The cut shape of the buckle end and billet end is

It faithfully reproduces Craighead's original specifications.

The adjustment holes on the billet end are spaced 3/4 inches (19mm) apart, just like the original.

The design is made up of various sizes of round head spots (hereinafter referred to as "round"),

It is reminiscent of the Lawrence belts from the 1930s.

The maximum round size is an impressive 1.24 inches (approximately 31.5 mm).

The top and bottom of the buckle also come with 1/2 inch (approximately 12.7 cm) rounds.
