The first jacket recreates the vintage look and feel of the 1949 first denim jacket.

Original dry denim created in a "reproduced" environment, using the same equipment as back then, "vintage sewing machines," and a dignified vintage style that is made up of a design and shape that symbolizes 1949.

Denim jackets were originally created as workwear, and the early model, the First Jacket, is distinctive in its design and shape, reflecting the era in which it was made.

This model features all the details of the time, such as a single-sided red tab, the final transitional period for needle cinch backs, the size of the pleat stitching and its alignment next to the button, a big "O" engraved on the rivet, and iron buttons, as well as the short length and wide sleeves, making it a model that you should definitely check out for its construction and shape.

By examining the cotton material used on a fiber-by-fiber basis, they were able to weave American Memphis cotton, which matched the shape and length, into yarn, recreate the changes in coal-fired dyeing machines (ash from the smoke had gotten into the indigo dye vat) using dye and charcoal, and apply corn starch, which was a starch ingredient used at the time. The woven fabric was then baked in an oven to completely dry it, successfully recreating the dry, rough feel that was characteristic of denim at the time, creating ``dry denim.''

In addition, they have acquired "vintage sewing machines (Union Special, Singer, Reese, etc.)" from the same era as those used in the sewing factory at the time , and by restoring their functionality with genuine parts and overhauling them, and by training technicians to handle them, they can say that they have created an environment for reproducing the manufacturing process.

As a result, the 1949XJ jeans are faithfully reproduced in terms of thread placement, thickness, number of colors, stitching, and pattern.
