Developed by DuPont in 1935 as the world’s first synthetic fiber, this is the oldest polyamide synthetic fiber in history.
Used at the time for military parachutes and ropes due to its water-repellent and flame-retardant properties.
Features our original 20d taffeta 66 nylon with eco-friendly C0 water repellency.
