No.5 Denim 15oz Rogue Denim

15oz denim manufactured in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, a Japanese denim producing region, using an old-style shuttle loom.

Rogue denim, which boasts "wild irregularities" and "dark indigo," is DeluxeWare's first unique denim that fades and ages strongly vertically.

This original denim is made with American cotton No. 6 yarn for both warp and weft, with the warp featuring a wild, irregular shape and the weft using straight-shaped yarn.

(1)Vintage Stitch

Vintage stitching refers to the way thread is used and sewn in garment construction. Using 14 types of sewing thread, it's sewn robustly for excellent tensile strength. The bold stitching and puckering tensile strength evoke a vintage feel.

(2)UnionSpecial 43200G 4Roll Sewing

The "4-fold hem" is a product born by chance during the era of vintage jean manufacturing. An extra layer of fabric is sewn in, resulting in a superb hem finish that improves the overall appearance. The meticulous narrow-width finish is unique to DeluxeWare quality.

(3)Eagle Arch Pocket

The back pocket, which defines the face of jeans. Made just like vintage jeans with extra seam allowance sewn in. Enjoy a strong transformation. Eagle Arch Pocket.

(4)Crimson Bartack

A good way to identify quality denim is to check the bartack. The technique of flattening the step between the pocket and the main fabric creates strength, ensuring durability for long wear. Crimson Bartack.

(5)Out-Seam[Red Line]

Jeans were manufactured in large factories back then. With many people, there was a variety of techniques. Wavy stitching also existed. However, wavy stitching somehow gives a rough, tough, and tasteful feel.
