●Material description: Loopwheel Heavyweight 10.5oz
Loopwheel knit created from vintage loopwheel knitting machines. These machines are considered highly inefficient, producing only 10m (enough for 8 garments) per day, but they create a material texture that cannot be replicated by modern equipment.
●Material origin: Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture
●Material equipment: Vintage loopwheel knitting machine
●Manufacturing origin: Odate, Akita Prefecture (Our own factory)
Manufactured at our own factory, "OLD ACT," located in Odate City, Akita Prefecture. We have a management system that verifies every process and numerical value.
●Manufacturing equipment: UNION SPECIAL
We extensively use vintage sewing machines from the late 1800s to the 1960s to create distinctive textures and character.
