This time, we will be releasing two patterns using Last Resort Denim (white tag) for the crown and black cowhide and horsehide tanned for the brim.

For black, use a brown core so you can enjoy the fading of the denim and leather.

Vegetable tanned leather changes from its natural color to dark brown when exposed to sunlight or oil .

BRUNEL designer Fujita then drew the pattern himself and went through over 10 rounds of trial and error to create a sample, which was then completed.

The silhouette is designed to be deeper from the front to the back, creating a comfortable hold.

In addition, by adjusting all dimensions for each size when drawing the pattern, you can enjoy the fit and silhouette that is unique to BRUNEL .
