As with Last Resort Denim, we have carefully selected several types of vintage M41 KHAKI denim and disassembled them to create a material that is thoroughly crafted while taking into account the production background and technical capabilities of the time, such as thread thickness, unevenness, number of twists, and twist direction.

The raw cotton used is Gerard's basic material, American Deep South cotton.

The shape of the unevenness is neither too strong nor too weak, recreating a natural uneven yarn.

Until now, the materials have been dyed with reactive dyes, but this time they have been dyed with the sulfur dyes that were used at the time.

Although the quality of sulfur dyes is lower than that of modern reactive dyes, they were quite durable, resistant to friction and sunlight for a dye around the 1950s, and were considered quite an excellent dye for the time, so they were used for materials that required toughness, such as work clothes and towels.

We use American cotton, shuttle looms, and sulfur dyes to create a fabric texture that is reminiscent of the vintage style of the time, so you can enjoy the changes that occur over time, just like back then.We hope you will enjoy Gerard's new 41KHAKI.

LASTRESORT CHINO CLOTH is the ultimate chino cloth, made with the utmost care from raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing .

The design is highly accurate to the original, with its distinctive offset belt loops and vintage-style 2mm double-welted pockets .

Pockets are usually made of lining, but like the vintage item sampled, these are made of a separate chino fabric.

The side seams also have a strong puckering, which adds a rugged impression to the extra-thick silhouette when worn.

By adjusting the stitching to match the pitch of the time, the watch expresses a classic atmosphere that is characteristic of the 41 Khaki.

The rise is deep and the thighs are wide, giving it a vintage-style silhouette.
