This work is based on the assumption that all factories produced "simplified models" based on the "L-181" order issued by the WPB (War Production Board) in August 1942 to control materials, and recreates the vintage atmosphere, including parts that cannot be seen in the data .

The fabric used this time is Deep South, 100% American cotton, and three different counts, 6, 7, and 8, are used to create subtle unevenness.

The weft thread is made of 38mm long, top-quality extra-long staple cotton, Spin Gold Supreme, and the rope is dyed with deep pure indigo.

This allows us to achieve colors and textures that are faithful to the original.

The loom used is a TOYODA G3, and the weave is 68 warp threads x 47 weft threads, resulting in a precise finish.

The design is based on the early model S501XX owned by our company, and reproduces the engraved accessories.

The back pocket has a simple design with no decorative stitching, and is reproduced as faithfully as possible.

We simply reused stock rivets from the 1930s and created custom rivets with the "o" in "JELADO Co" in lowercase.

Details unique to wartime models , such as the raw cut front and thick belt loops, have been thoroughly reproduced.

The silhouette features clean lines similar to those of the black tag, and you can enjoy the irregular fading that develops more character the more you wear it.

The suppleness and softness that cannot be achieved with just one wash further enhances the changes that occur over time.
