It's surprising how little it has changed, even looking at it over 100 years later.

The felt star-spangled banner patch on the chest seems to tell us that T-shirts were "clothing to be seen" from an early stage (please see the magazine for details).

It is said that the origins of the T-shirt lie in European underwear culture and sportswear, but I believe that the existence of America was a major factor in its development into its current form.

From the late 19th to early 20th centuries, T-shaped shirts were widely used as athletic wear, swimwear, and underwear. With the addition of numbers, school names, and team names, these practical items gradually transformed into clothing that expressed identity.

Furthermore, in the 1960s and 70s, graphic T-shirts with corporate logos and messages became widespread, and the body evolved into something like a canvas.

T-shirts went beyond mere clothing and became established as a medium reflecting the times and culture.

Time has passed, and now in 2026, what kind of T-shirts are the brands we are focusing on proposing?
