SAMURAIJEANS Samurai Jeans Zero Plus Straight Model S5100VX ZERO PLUS STRAIGHT MODEL Original Denim

The silhouette is based on the Zero Model S5000VX, but features a new design with a more relaxed rise and thigh area.

It includes unique S5100VX specifications such as iron pine tree buttons in a red copper finish, 8oz uneven yarn denim pocket bags, and a leather patch featuring an illustration of crossed swords.

It features a simple design without tags or decorative stitching.

Original denim: "17oz Zero+ Selvedge Denim."

 The yarns used are strongly twisted, irregular No. 5 yarns made from hard, coarse raw cotton for both the warp and weft.For the dyeing, we have achieved the darkest indigo blue among all Samurai original denims to date, resulting in a deep color with a strong blackish hue.

The thick, intensely irregular yarns used for this Samurai bespoke denim can only be woven on limited power looms, but to create a rough, hard texture, we have woven them slowly and carefully on looms with additional special adjustments.

The selvedge is highly impactful, featuring red lame thread on the edges and silver lame thread in the center.

While inheriting the irregularity and rough texture that our popular "Zero 17oz" denim boasts, this version has been finished with even greater depth.

Regarding the silhouette of each model, we have used the traditional models as a base to create new patterns that prioritize ease of wear and comfort.

The buttons are newly created iron pine tree buttons, designed to mimic the "ni-iro" (boiled color) finish of red copper—a metal used for armor and ornaments in ancient Japan—that has been worn in over time.

 As you wear them, the luster will settle and they will scuff appropriately, allowing you to enjoy the aging of the buttons as well.

Additionally, this model is packed with notable features including pocket bags made from light-ounce denim, rivets also used on Samurai vintage models, and dedicated leather patches, flashers, and Zero+ tags for each model.
