STUDIO D'ARTISAN SD-1003 GL3 Tight Straight Jeans

We have just received the new jeans from the "GL3" series, which was created to replace the discontinued "G3" series!

The "GL3" is the successor to the Toyota G3 power loom, one of Japan's earliest power looms. It is an extremely rare machine, with only a few still in existence.

Although it is a low-efficiency loom that can only weave about 5 meters per hour, it creates a unique unevenness and rough fabric texture that cannot be replicated by modern denim.

To maximize the characteristics of the "GL3," everything from the unevenness of the yarn, the yarn count, and the shade of the rope dyeing to the warp and weft tension has been produced as a D'Artisan original.

We use nep yarn for the warp and uneven slab yarn for the weft; weaving them together creates a unique uneven texture, characterized by an even grittier feel compared to the "G3."

This is a pair that allows you to enjoy a rugged, wild fade.

・We cannot guarantee that the finished length will be exact.

・Please understand in advance that a margin of error of ±0.5cm is considered acceptable.

・Items that have been hemmed cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

・We will choose thread that is as close in color as possible,

　but please note that you cannot specify the thread color.

・Depending on the length of the cut, stitch marks from the original hem may remain.
